Beacon Pointe homes a division of Paquin Design-Build, an Eastern Shore company headquartered in Grasonville, MD. Established in 2004, Paquin Design Build has been building and delivering custom homes in Annapolis, Queen Anne's, and Talbot Counties for over 16 years. Beacon Pointe Homes serves as the semi-custom division of this business and is now building new single-family homes priced from the high 300's.
